Inside Sales Representative
We are the leading IT support company in the Capital District and we are seeking to fill an Inside Sales position to join our team of professionals. We include base pay plus commission. Please note that this position is an inside sales position only. Part-time and full-time positions are available.
Responsibilities:
• Inbound/Outbound sales calls
• Proactive assistance with finding sales leads
• Work closely with the marketing and outside sales departments
• Cold and Warm call dialing
• Working toward weekly/monthly/annual sales goal
Requirements:
• Some experience with calls required
• Must have a reliable computer if you work outside of the office
• Must have a reliable connection to the internet if you work outside of the office
• Professional yet friendly demeanor
• Comfortable and confident with cold calling
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with computers (Windows)
Benefits:
• Flexible daytime hours for part-time positions (20 hrs per week)

• Base pay DOE PLUS commission
